Returns

  • You may request a return for unopened and undamaged products within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

  • Perishable items (such as opened dry fruits) cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process after approval.

  • Refunds are granted for product value only; shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive damaged or incorrect products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
